A plan to get every DC student reading, cut chronic absenteeism below 25%, keep teachers in classrooms through real support and evaluation reform, and connect every student to a career pathway. Including universal dyslexia screening, expanded Safe Passages, an Advanced Technical Center in every ward, and public dashboards tracking results by school.

The most comprehensive AI and worker protection framework proposed by any city in America. When automation changes jobs, workers get 90 days notice, transition support, and a share of the gains. Every resident gets free access to AI tools at public libraries and career centers. Every student learns with AI in the classroom. Mandatory bias audits and algorithmic transparency so no one is harmed by decisions they cannot see.
